Edible Flowers Workshop

This class is all about edible flowers, sprouts and micro-greens. We will look at the different types of edible flowers and their uses. Then make a wonderful salad with flowers, sprouts and micro greens….maybe even a cocktail (more like a mocktail)😉

You’ll be guided through this taste testing event by Julie, plant-based nutritionist, herbalist and shamanic practitioner. She recently moved from California where she regularly spent time helping people transition to a plant-based diet and hanging out in the forest with the plants.
