Forest Bathing with Julie
June 12 @ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
This is NOT a naked bath experience. š We will be fully clothed.
Forest Bathing is inspired by the Japanese practice of āshinrin yokuā. Shinrin means forest and yoku means bath. Itās a process where we experience the forest (nature) through our sense. Itās also scientifically been proven that the trees release a chemical called phytoncide. Itās used to protect them from harmful bugs and germs, and helps us do the same in our bodies.
Relax. Let. Go. Release. Give Natureā¦and Receive. ā£
Time in Nature is essential to ground and embody the goodness Life has to offer. ā£It is uplifts the mood, boosts the immune system, and relieves stress.
ā£š³Weāll sit with nature and listen. ā£
š³Weāll meditation, journal and give into Natureās invitation. ā£
š³ Weāll Forest Bath. Exchange breaths with the trees, and receive their healing.⣠(Watch the video if you have never been forest bathing)
