As Founder/Director of Seeds of Inclusion, Sarafaith creates unique nature-based programs designed to benefit and empower people of all ages and abilities.
You will learn how to “Breathe with The Trees” and give yourself a daily “Digital Detox” through a variety of delightful AND effective nature-based stress reduction techniques. Sarafaith will share current scientific research about how even 10 minutes of time spent relaxing in nature can be a powerful prescription for better health!
